An accomplished technology professional, she brings more than 15 years of experience to Teledini. Before that, she was a strategic product manager at WebTone Technologies, an early entry into the technology-enhanced customer support and service category. At WebTone, she had many responsibilities, including aligning technical capabilities with strategic objectives and setting and managing the product release schedule.
Rachel holds two degrees from Auburn University, including a BS in Chemical Engineering and Management Information Systems.
